Sometimes, we block ourselves from the life we want to live.

It’s safer, easier, and less uncomfortable than going out on a limb. You stop taking risks, making leaps, or moving and shaking altogether. Life dries up, and you accept it. Over time, you use the limbs of possibility to build yourself a dam where stability wins over uncertainty, and compromise becomes the status quo.

In other cases, life doesn’t ask nicely—it blocks you out of circumstance rather than choice. Try as you might to free yourself, you become increasingly weary, confused, and directionless, waiting for a new roadmap that aligns possibilities with your inherent potential.

Hi, I'm Ellen Wasyl, Chief Possibilitarian

of The Possibility Experience

For years, I've helped people recognize their blind spots and name the fears that are holding them back so that they can conquer them and make room for something bigger.

Now it's your turn.

You weren’t meant to play small. You were meant to provoke possibilities. Find your joy and spread it around. Spearhead meaningful change. Define your next chapter.

I help those at the critical intersection of 'what is' and 'what could be' escape the impossible, and embrace the comfort of uncertainty as a place to grow and explore.

With over 20 years of Fortune 500 experience in strategy and innovation, mergers and acquisitions, organizational design, internal culture, and large-scale change initiatives, I know what it’s like to reach a place of corporate burnout. The chronic stress, strained relationships, and constant demand to be more and do more can often clutter our vision of what’s possible, resulting in what feels like an emergency tailspin.

My work as a Possibilitarian® is fueled by a desire to use my past experience to help you see the possibilities in your own life and become unstoppable by believing in them. I’ve been in the same place you are, and by believing in my own possibilities, I’ve been able to use my curiosity and love of learning to encourage others to discover their own possibilities and live more fulfilling lives.

Through studying the mindsets of successful teams, visionary leaders, and the environments that breed joyful productivity, I’ve discovered many insights into what makes people feel unstoppable in all areas of their life. I’m continuously called to immerse myself in the various perspectives of leadership, with the goal of building a more solid foundation for helping others.

Formally, I've strengthened that foundation as:

  • a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute’s MBA program
  • a graduate of the Georgetown University Executive Leadership Coaching Program
  • a graduate of the Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Education Program: Leading, Change and Organizational Renewal (LCOR)
  • a trained administrator of the Enneagram for Personality Types as a tool for transformation
  • a leader with advanced training in Adult Development, Team Coaching, and Organizational Development
  • a trained administrator of The Leadership Circle 360 and Cultural Surveys – providing MRI like precision into creative competencies, reactive tendencies and the underlying internal assumptions (beliefs) that run behavior

I'm also a Certified ICF Leadership Coach. The ICF, the world's largest organization of professionally trained coaches, awards credentials to professionals who meet stringent education and experience requirements, and demonstrate exemplary commitment to integrity, understanding and mastery of coaching skills, and dedication to clients.

In the business world, we are all aware of the ‘it’ factor. No one can really explain it, but we know it when we see it. Ellen defines ‘it’. No matter how well coached you are, how polished your line-up of mentors or the size of your home library … you will GROW with Ellen.

She will see what you don’t and will challenge you with it because she’s been there. She’s battled in board rooms and understands corporate America. She had me mentally prepared for the largest professional set-back I hope to ever experience and with her insight I was ready to turn it into my largest professional opportunity.

My advice, invest in yourself … Ellen can show you how.

Today, I work with people at every level to reach for more of what they want, rather than deliver more of what’s expected.

In my work as a Possibilitarian®, I help people identify their perceived challenges and get real about the voice that shouts truth inside their heads.

I firmly believe that every event that occurs in our lifetime is either a gift or an opportunity, which is why I work one-on-one with clients to help you understand how to seize not only the moment, but also the possibilities that have the power to transform your life into one of ease, flow, and joy.

Life doesn't have to be "either, or". You can have it all.

The first step in your journey towards possibility starts with shedding the baked on identity you've been hiding inside of.

I work with those who are ready to face their fears and expose the soft underbelly of them to get to the other side, where focus, creativity, and boundless energy reside. Through intensive practical facilitation and collaborative communication, I help you find flow by understanding your perceptions and personality type, so that you can identify new values, goals, and dreams that serve as fuel for the road ahead. Clients leave feeling refreshed and ready to aspire to new heights — and in the end — feel ready to go out on a limb to pick the harvest of a fruitful life.
